Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital & Social Marketing Coordinator will focus on digital content management, execution, and reporting. Additionally, will manage content for different social media platforms to keep our customers excited, all while building brand awareness and growing the social media follower base.
1)Social Media - Create and maintain a content calendar that will be reviewed on a regular basis. - Research, selection and creation of social media content for approval. - Schedule posts on various social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. - Follow all social media best practices to ensure our organic reach is optimized.
2) Digital Marketing - Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies that deliver qualified leads including Google Ads. - Analyzing and assessing the performance of campaigns and translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations for revising campaign strategy. - Collaborate across different functional teams to ensure messaging is consistent.
3) Email Marketing - Create and maintain a content calendar that will be reviewed on a regular basis. - Responsible for keeping us connected to our customers by creating emails that are relevant, interesting,
4)Website Management/Other - Responsible for keeping website content updated and current. - Open to different challenges to help your team with a variety of work. - Participate in regular Marketing and Business Development meetings to ensure that the company's digital and social idea is aligned with the immediate and future goals of the team. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -
Requires 0-2 years of progressive experience - College diploma. Bachelor’s degree is a definite plus - Must be highly motived and inspire others - Proven experience managing multiple social media channels and creation of strategic content - High-level understanding of Lead Generation, Content Marketing strategies, and analytics - Proficiency in using social media software (i.e. Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics) - Experience of Social Media Advertising platforms (including paid advertising) - Experience in website platform WordPress - Gets things done within the formal and informal structure(s) - Ability to effectively use strong analytical capabilities and a fact-based approach to develop effective solution to business issues - Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities while being nimble and adaptable - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills - Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills - Projects the highest levels of integrity.
